5. Photo & AI Data

Photos you upload are sent to OpenAI solely to generate your landscape design. We do not use your photos to train AI models without explicit consent. Photos are stored securely in Firebase and are only accessible to you and ZIZUGI staff for your project.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@zizugi.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), Firebase security rules, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, you have the right to:
