ZIZUGI provides AI-assisted landscape design visualizations, preliminary cost estimates, and appointment booking for in-person consultations. Our services include:
All AI-generated designs and cost estimates are preliminary and non-binding. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Final designs, specifications, and binding quotes are determined during and after an in-person site visit. ZIZUGI is not responsible for any decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By uploading photos and descriptions to our Service, you grant ZIZUGI a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of generating your landscape design. We will not share your photos publicly without your consent.
All prices displayed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices quoted on our platform are estimates and may change based on site conditions, material availability, and scope changes. A final binding quote is provided only after an in-person assessment.
Booked consultation appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZIZUGI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service or reliance on AI-generated designs or cost estimates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
